Studio Policies
Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are mandatory for all clients. Feel free to bring your own or purchase them at the Studio. No phones are permitted during the class. We ask our clients to avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes due to allergies. We expect good hygiene. Shoes, bags, and any other personal items must be stowed away during class. For the safety and respect of others, nothing may be left on the floor, in seating areas, or on studio equipment during class.
Studio Cleanliness
Clients are expected to sanitize their equipment after each class to help keep our space clean and welcoming for everyone.
Hands-On Instruction
For safety and instructional purposes, our certified instructors may provide hands-on adjustments during class to help ensure proper alignment and technique. If you do not wish for hands-on instruction, be sure to explicitly notify your instructor before or during class.
Children & Pets
To maintain a safe and focused environment, children and pets may not be brought into the studio during class times.
Video Monitoring
For the safety and security of our clients and staff, video monitoring may be used within studio premises.
Recording Policy
Recording or filming by clients during class is not allowed. You are not permitted to film our class during the workout. In order to enhance our clients’ safety and experience, we may take video surveillance in our studios.
Reservations & Payment
Classes must be booked and paid for in advance using our online scheduling platform or our in-person checkout station. A reservation is not secured until it has been successfully paid for and confirmed.
Cancellations
We understand schedules change. To retain your class credit, cancellations must be completed at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start time (the “cancellation cutoff”). Cancellations made after this cutoff will be treated as late cancellations and will result in forfeiture of the class or a late fee, depending on your membership or package.
Late Cancellation Fee: $18
No-Show Fee: $22
A no-show is defined as missing a class without canceling in advance per our cancellation policy
If the Studio must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor availability, etc.), clients will be notified as soon as possible, and the class will be rescheduled and credited back to your account.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, we encourage you to join the waitlist. Should a spot open up before the cancellation cutoff, you will receive a confirmation notice. After the cancellation cutoff time, waitlisted clients are not automatically added, so please monitor availability and book directly if a space opens. You are responsible for canceling any reservation you no longer plan to attend to avoid penalties.
Drop-In Policy
If you’re dropping in for a class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time in order to confirm availability and process your payment, if applicable. Accommodation for drop-ins is not guaranteed and you assume the risk of remaining on standby until slots open up, if any.
Purchases & Transfers
All purchases are final and subject to applicable law. Classes and packages may not be shared, transferred, refunded, or exchanged. Refer to your Purchase Agreement for more info.
Payment Methods
A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file for all active accounts. If you wish to use an alternative form of payment, please contact your studio manager in advance to make arrangements.
Processing Fees
Credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% processing fee, where permitted by law.
Bank Fees
The studio is not responsible for any overdraft or bank-related fees incurred as a result of account charges.
